Morgan The Agency is the longest established International Model Agency in Ireland.
Morgan started life as Nan Morgan Models in 1973, the brainchild of industry guru Nan Morgan.
In the early 80's Nan recruited her daughter Rebecca, taking her away from the advertising industry. Over the years, in its quest for perfection, the agency expanded from Nan Morgan to Morgan Brand and finally to Morgan The Agency, increasing our portfolio of models and business substantially.
Morgan The Agency went from strength to strength in all areas, including the International arena where we forged strong relationships with agencies across the globe becoming the first port of call for clients coming to Ireland to work and source new talent. We now have a wide representation of talent dotted around the globe.
Morgan The Agency provide a complete service supplying Models, Photographers, Fashion Stylists, Make-up & Hair Artists, Actors, Commercial talent, Influencers and Personalities, to a broad and ever expanding list of clients.

Morgan The Agency is piloted by Rebecca Morgan as Managing Director with Valerie Mc Grath, Beibhinn Jones and Jan Brierton working alongside her.

If you don’t fit the above criteria, you might work for us as a commercial model. If you are over 25, email one head and shoulder and one full length photo to info@morgantheagency.com along with your measurements, any experience you might already have and your day to day flexibility.

If we feel you are the right fit our commercial board, we will make an appointment to meet with you. Please arrive with clean hair and fresh, natural make up but NO fake tan.
We accept applications for children for commercial photography and acting. We take children on from age 5/6 who are involved in drama classes.
To apply you need to send 5 or 6 CLEAR pictures of your child along with their date of birth your location, and what age clothing they are currently wearing to info@morgantheagency.com Please do NOT send existing pictures from your camera roll, take new photos for the application. They need to be clear smiling photos taken against a plain background.
