Dublin based fashion stylist, Jan Brierton began her fashion styling career in 2003, after a number of years working in fashion retail as a buyer, visual merchandiser and store manager. Jan has built a reputation for her fun style, calm character and hardworking approach to all projects. She is a well-established, experienced, versatile stylist fulfilling briefs for fashion and advertising shoots and shows. She has styled fashion campaigns for Arnotts, Dunnes Stores, Newbridge Silver, Charlestown S.C, and Irish Designer Lady Langen. She has styled and produced fashion shows and instore style events for Dunnes Stores, Arnotts, Pregnancy and Baby Fair, GOAL and Kildare Village. Her work has featured in IMAGE magazine, The Sunday Indo LIFE Magazine, The Gloss, The Irish Times, Irish Tatler , Irish Examiner, Xpose and Ireland AM. From 2013 – 2016 Jan assumed the role of ‘head fashion stylist’ at Dunnes Stores. Her role at one of Irelands most successful retailers incorporated all ecommerce styling and campaign styling across all of the fashion brands in mens, womens and childrenswear,, and collaborating with their in-house Irish designers such as Carolyn Donnelly, Paul Costello and Joanne Hynes. In 2017 Jan worked with Morgan the Agency as their creative director where she scouted new talent along with developing and directing new creative work across all of their divisions. Jan also works with individuals and celebrities to find a wardrobe that works for them and their brand across red carpet, TV appearances, editorials & advertising campaigns. She is meticulously skilled at managing a budget. An experienced educator in 2010 Jan established and tutored Marino Colleges ‘Fashion Industry Practice Level 6’ course. Jan lives in Dublin with her husband and her two children.
