What we collect

When you contact us

If you email or phone us, we keep your name, contact details and what you tell us, so that we can reply and deal with your enquiry or booking.

When you apply to join the agency

If you send us an application, we receive the photos and details you include, such as your name, contact details, age, height and measurements. We use them only to assess your application and to contact you about it.

If you are under 18, your parent or guardian should send the application for you, or with you.

Talent we represent

For the models, actors and other talent we represent, we publish a portfolio on this website with the agreement of the person concerned. This includes their name, photos and details such as height and measurements, and lets clients view and download a comp card. Our agreement with each person sets out how we use their information.

When you use the website

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use these to keep the site running and secure.

If you agree to analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

We do not use the website to collect payment details, and you do not need an account to use it.

Why we use your information (legal basis)

  • Replying to enquiries and assessing applications: our legitimate interest in running the agency and answering the people who contact us.
  • Representing talent: to carry out our agreement with the talent we represent.
  • Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Keeping business and tax records: to meet our legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you agree to analytics cookies. Google Analytics only runs if you click Accept. If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set.

With your consent, Google Analytics gives us statistics about how the site is used, for example which pages, searches and comp cards are most popular. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* for up to 2 years. Google processes this information for us, and Google may transfer it to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can read more in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We also use a cookie called klaro, which remembers your cookie choice for 6 months. The embedded video player (Vimeo) runs in "do not track" mode, but Vimeo may set short-lived security cookies to protect the player from bots.

The full list is on our Cookie Declaration page. You can change your choice at any time from the link on that page.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed:

  • with clients, when we put talent we represent forward for work;
  • with companies that provide services to us, such as our website host, email provider and Google Analytics, who may only use it on our instructions;
  • where the law requires it, for example at the request of a court or public authority.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and for up to 2 years afterwards.
  • Applications we do not take forward: deleted within 6 months.
  • Talent we represent: for as long as we represent you, then as required for our legal and tax records.
  • Google Analytics: the cookies last up to 2 years, and Google deletes the detailed statistics after the period set in our account.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct it if it is wrong;
  • delete it;
  • restrict how we use it, or object to how we use it;
  • send it to you or to another organisation in a common format.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@morgantheagency.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Keeping your information safe

The website is served over a secure (https) connection, and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
